From quantity to defensible rate
Measurement establishes how much work is required. Pricing establishes what that measured work is expected to cost. Keeping the two connected reduces transcription errors and makes it easier to explain the basis of a rate during review.
For now, BOQ preparation and pricing are handled through the QS Service Desk rather than an in-app BOQ feature. Professional judgement, project specifications, measurement rules, and contract requirements remain central to the work.
